La  sede  Panorama se encuentra ubicada a 16 Km  de la cabecera municipal  del municipio  del Garzón, vía San Antonio del Pescado. La comunidad se desenvuelve en ambiente socio económico acorde a los estratos uno y dos, donde la principal fuente de ingresos de las familias  se debe a la agricultura, especialmente a la producción de café. La  vereda la  conforman  treinta y cinco ( 35)  familias  de las cuales  veintidós (22)  hacen  parte de la  sede  educativa. Es una sede unitaria que atiende desde los grados preescolar a quinto de primaria distribuidos  así; preescolar cinco estudiantes, primero tres estudiantes, segundo cinco  estudiantes, tercero tres estudiantes cuarto  cuatro estudiantes, quinto cuatro estudiantes.
